The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Account Executive to join our London team.

This a hands-on, entry-level role where you’ll support the delivery of communications programmes across healthcare, spanning PR, corporate, and digital.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team where everyone contributes, learns quickly, and gets involved. This role is ideal for someone who wants variety, responsibility early on, and the opportunity to build a career in healthcare communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of client programmes across PR, social, and content
• Help manage timelines, track actions, and keep projects moving forward
• Conduct research to support campaign development and messaging
• Draft a range of materials including press releases, social content, and backgrounders
• Support media relations activity, including building media lists and monitoring coverage
• Assist in the development of social media content and campaign ideas
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and capture clear actions
• Work closely with your team, clients, and external partners to deliver high-quality work
• Take ownership of your work and maintain a strong attention to detail

About You

• Degree in communications, science, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong writing skills and an interest in translating complex topics into clear, engaging content
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
• Genuine interest in healthcare and the role of communications
• Exposure to an agency or communications environment (e.g. Internship or placement) is advantageous
• Comfortable working in a team environment and building relationships in person
