Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing them with suitable options. Daily tasks include managing sales processes from enquiry to purchase, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership offers and events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a solid track record of achieving targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research
- Understanding of customer service principles and ability to address customer needs effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
