Job description

  • Gather and document business requirements for Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) enhancements, ensuring alignment with laboratory workflows and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (lab scientists, QA, IT) to analyse current processes and identify opportunities for system optimisation.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps for LIMS configuration or integration.
  • Support system implementation activities including UAT coordination, data migration validation, and user training.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, ISO) and maintain clear documentation for audits and system governance.
