From high-stakes corporate launches to bespoke private celebrations, the Event Planner will be the primary point of contact for the guest experience, ensuring every detail is handled with care, creativity, and professionalism. MISSION
The Event Planner is responsible for creating memorable experiences by managing all aspects of event planning, from the initial handover from the sales team to the final handover to the operations team. This individual acts as the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. The primary mission is to ensure the highest standards of event delivery and customer focus while representing the image and values of the brand. By devising comprehensive event plans, this role informs the wider team to consistently exceed guest expectations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops full knowledge of the venues, their capacities, and their specific capabilities.
- Manages event details within the CRM, including the creation of catering orders, invoices, and event-related documentation.
- Coordinates all event logistics, such as booking required elements including decorations, audio-visual production, and entertainment.
- Conducts client food tastings to ensure product satisfaction and to maximise upselling opportunities for food, beverage, and event add-ons.
- Maintains rigorous adherence to specific Health & Safety requirements and procedures for all specialised event spaces.
- Source new suppliers to ensure the offering remains at the forefront of the industry while developing existing relationships.
- Assists the team with generating weekly event orders and general office duties to ensure seamless operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses excellent customer-facing skills and a deep operational understanding of high-end events.
- Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and an outstanding level of attention to detail.
- Exhibits a genuine passion for high-end food, beverage, and luxury event components.
- Proves the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment as a calm and analytical problem-solver.
- Shows an innate understanding of the luxury events market and the ability to tailor requirements for a variety of industries.
- Maintains a proactive attitude toward taking responsibility and ownership of their role within the company.
- Communicates confidently and remains curious about progressing as part of a growing business.
