Are you an experienced Quality or Compliance professional within the food or beverage industries?

Do you have experience of maintaining the technical training matrix on a food or beverage manufacturing site?

Are you able to support the delivery of the site HACCP plan?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading FMCG Manufacturer on the search for a Food Compliance Coordinator. This is a 12-month FTC role based in Telford.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Technical Training across site.
• Maintaining the training matrix.
• Monitor the site non-conformance.
• Taking part in the implementation of the HACCP site plan.
• Supporting the wider team with site audits (internal and third-party audit).
• Supporting Production with Technical monitoring and auditing to ensure that customer requirements are understood and achieved.
• Ensuring all new and existing products have the appropriate due diligence in place to meet customer and retailer requirements.
• Ensuring internal traceability and mass balance exercises are conducted to meet customer & certification requirements.
• Supporting in the upskilling and development of the wider team.

What are we looking for?

• Degree or relevant qualification in food safety.
• HACCP and Food Safety Level 3.
• Internal auditing qualification.
• Excellent communication - verbal and written.
• Experience of BRCGS V9

Salary – FTC at £45k + benefits.
