Class 1 Container Driver

Be part of a respected transport operation with Monday to Friday shift patterns and excellent driver support in Castleford.

Turbo Driving is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Container Drivers for a well-established client based in Castleford. This is an agency position.

Pay rates:

• Monday to Friday Days - £18.77 per hour inclusive of holiday pay

Duties:

• Make on-time deliveries
• Containers
• 05:00 07:00 starts
• Communicate effectively with the transport team
• Abide by driving rules and regulations
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Drive a Class 1 Vehicle safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Hold a valid UK Category CE licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Have 2 years experience driving Class 1 Vehicles
• Have a minimum of 3 months experience on containers
• Hold a valid UK CPC Card
• Hold a valid UK Digi Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No major endorsement codes
• Good communication skills
