CQC Registered Care Manager – Supported Living

Birmingham & Coventry

£40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

Full-Time | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Lead and shape a growing supported living service

We’re seeking a CQC Registered Care Manager to oversee supported living services across Birmingham and Coventry.

You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, including individuals with forensic/offending backgrounds, complex needs, and those transitioning from secure settings (including prison).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain CQC registration and ensure full compliance
• Lead day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites
• Drive person-centred care and positive outcomes
• Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
• Manage safeguarding, audits, and quality assurance
• Lead, develop, and support staff teams
• Build relationships with Local Authorities and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

✔ CQC Registered Manager (essential)

✔ Experience in supported living / LD / autism services

✔ Background in forensic / offender services & challenging behaviour

✔ Strong leadership and compliance experience

✔ Knowledge of PBS frameworks

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence + own vehicle
