The Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team as a National Account Executive, supporting the delivery of our growth across retail, wholesale, and convenience channels.
You’ll work closely with the wider team to support key customer accounts, gaining exposure to how we drive performance across both distribution and retail execution.
This is more than a support role — you’ll play an active part in how accounts are managed and developed, building the foundations to step into a National Account Manager role.
This is a home-based role with significant UK travel, including regular visits to customers, depots/stores, and internal teams.
You’ll:
- Support the day-to-day management of key customer accounts
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to drive growth
- Prepare for customer meetings, including building presentations and proposals
- Track promotions, pricing, and product performance to ensure strong execution
- Work cross-functionally with NPD, supply chain, and marketing teams
- Support new product launches and customer initiatives
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Has a strong analytical mindset and good commercial awareness
- Is a confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Is ambitious and motivated to develop quickly
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Has some exposure to FMCG, retail, wholesale, or a commercial role (preferred)
