Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Administrator for a part-time, on-site role based in Beaconsfield. In this role, you will process sales orders, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to the sales team. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, facilitating communication between departments, and contributing to the smooth operation of sales processes.


A Sales Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative, operational, and coordination tasks that support a sales team, ensuring efficient processing of orders, accurate data management, and smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments.


• Order & process management, handling quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and tracking sales from start to finish

• CRM & data upkeep,updating customer records, sales pipelines, and reports (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Sales support,preparing proposals, presentations, and documents for the sales team

• Customer coordination – responding to enquiries, checking order status, resolving basic issues

• Reporting, generating sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries

• Internal liaison – working with finance, marketing, and operations to keep everything aligned


  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Order Processing and Sales operations
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including record-keeping and organizational tasks
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with office software tools and CRM systems is advantageous
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
