We’re working with a growing environmental services company to recruit a Graduate Field Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career to step into a client-facing role, develop strong commercial skills and build a long-term career in sales

The business operates across environmental and compliance-led services, supporting organisations across sectors such as healthcare, commercial and facilities management. You will be joining a team at an exciting stage of growth, where you can learn quickly and make a real impact.

As a Graduate Field Sales Executive, you will:

  • Support new business development across a defined territory
  • Identify and approach potential clients across sectors including healthcare and commercial businesses
  • Build a pipeline through calls, emails, networking and research
  • Attend face to face meetings to understand client needs and present solutions
  • Learn how to sell a range of environmental and compliance services
  • Prepare proposals and support the sales process through to close
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM systems
  • Work closely with senior team members to develop your sales approach
  • Deliver excellent service and build long-term client relationships

What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident speaking to clients and building relationships
  • Highly motivated, driven and eager to learn
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in an office-based role Monday to Friday
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
