Education Sales Executive

Connecting Education is looking for a Education Sales Executive

Job description

Are you experienced in education sector sales? Have you hit an earnings ceiling and want to make more money? Want to work for a highly reputable company in education that is on an exciting growth trajectory? This might be the role for you!

The company

Our client is an education technology company that created a platform combining the world’s largest CPD and policy library with custom-built tools, developed in collaboration with thousands of schools and over 1,000 education experts.

They empower workforces to transform children’s lives. Their all-in-one platform helps schools, trusts and nurseries stay compliant, raise standards, and reduce staff workload – all through intuitive, powerful software.

If educators need it, they build it.

They have three business divisions:

  • Professional Development: Access the world’s largest CPD library for educators. Meet your statutory training requirements & raise standards with expert-led courses, webinars, podcasts & parent guides.
  • People Development: The complete online platform for people development. Put people at the heart of your school improvement strategy by linking appraisals and professional development. Streamline your entire appraisal process.
  • Compliance Management: Simplify and automate policy compliance. Eliminate the spreadsheets and make manual record-keeping a thing of the past with Policy Manager – our all-in-one policy management tool.

The role

As an Education Consultant, you will drive new and cross-sell revenue within your pipeline and territory by engaging key decision-makers and understanding their needs. You will generate leads, build strong relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets

Day to day includes:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators by promoting the company's products

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed targets
  • Deliver engaging platform demonstrations to showcase product features
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and maintain visibility of opportunities
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Use social media and attend events to support marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve wider business objectives
  • Execute sales strategies to maximise cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the education sector sales landscape and is looking for a role with higher earning potential, career growth, and professional development.
