Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales role based in Banbury.

We aren’t looking for someone to just follow a script, we’re looking for a technical architect who can sell a vision. As a startup, we are in a rapid growth phase where the "right way" to do things is still being discovered and we want you to discover it.

If you’ve ever felt stifled by corporate red tape, this is your antidote. The role requires a proactive approach to fostering relationships and meeting business development goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales experience with a focus on report building +1 years
• Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools is a plus
