Job description
We are recruiting an Amazon & Marketplace Account Executive to support the execution of commercial strategy across our Amazon UK and EU marketplaces, as well as secondary marketplaces such as eBay.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality execution across promotions, pricing, content optimisation, and marketplace expansion, working closely with the Amazon Account Manager who supports brand-level P&L and strategy.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that commercial plans are executed efficiently and consistently, enabling the business to scale performance across a growing portfolio of brands and SKUs.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong Amazon experience who is looking to develop into a future Account Manager role and thrives on a fast pace dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Execution
- Execute promotional activity including deals, coupons, and Subscribe & Save
- Implement pricing updates in line with commercial strategy
- Create and manage virtual bundles to improve AOV and conversion
- Support execution of brand-level initiatives across marketplaces
Listing Optimisation & Content
- Optimise product listings including titles, bullets, and backend keywords
- Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand positioning
- Support content updates in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
Marketplace Ownership (Non-Amazon)
- Own execution and performance of secondary marketplaces (e.g. EBay)
- Ensure listings are live, optimised, and trading effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve performance across these channels
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Support weekly and monthly reporting
- Monitor performance trends and highlight opportunities or risks
- Provide data inputs to support Account Manager decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution of listings and updates
- Collaborate with agency partners to provide inputs for campaigns and optimisation
- Support launch execution for new products and brands
Experience & Skills Required
Essential
- Experience working within Amazon Seller Central
- Strong understanding of listings, promotions, and marketplace fundamentals
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks is crucial
- Commercial awareness with ability to interpret performance data
- Strong organisational and execution skills
Preferred
- Experience managing or supporting secondary marketplaces (e.g. EBay)
- Experience in Health, Wellness, Supplements, or Beauty categories
