National Account Executive

Salary: £27,000 + commission

Location: Bradford/Hybrid

Elevation Recruitment are pleased to be working once again with one of the UKs leading driver recruitment agencies.

We're looking for a driven outbound sales exec to unlock opportunities within existing National Account clients.

You’ll contact depots across the UK, identify driver shortages, and convert demand into live opportunities - working from warm agreements already in place.

The role:

• High-volume outbound calls to transport depots
• Spot driver needs and qualify opportunities
• Build a strong, trackable pipeline
• Log activity and manage data via CRM
• Pass qualified leads to National Account Managers

You’ll need:

• Confidence on the phone and resilience to push through objections
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on results
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication skills

Full training provided, with clear progression into Account Management or New Business
