Amazon PPC & Content Executive

Found-U is looking for a Amazon PPC & Content Executive

Job description

Amazon PPC and Content Executive

Location: Norwich

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000

Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

Start: ASAP

A growing ecommerce and marketplace business is looking to hire an Amazon PPC and Content Executive to support the continued expansion of its Amazon operation across the UK and Europe.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in Amazon PPC, campaign optimisation, ecommerce trading, or marketplace content who wants to step into a role with genuine progression, real ownership, and the chance to grow quickly in a fast-moving environment.

This is not a role where you will be sat waiting for instructions all day. It is a role for someone bright, proactive and commercially aware who wants to build a career in ecommerce and marketplaces.

You will work closely with an experienced Amazon leader, supporting the build, optimisation and scaling of PPC campaigns across a large and varied product portfolio, while also getting involved in content, listings, metadata and wider marketplace performance.

If you are someone who enjoys data, understands how ad spend drives sales, and wants to develop into a bigger ecommerce role over time, this is well worth a look.

The opportunity

You will be joining a business with ambitious growth plans across Amazon and wider marketplaces. The team is scaling quickly, there is plenty going on, and there will be real opportunity to learn, take ownership and progress.

The successful person will play a key role in supporting:

  • Amazon PPC campaign set-up, optimisation and management
  • Performance reporting across ad spend, sales and campaign results
  • Keyword research and targeting improvements
  • Listing and content optimisation
  • Product launches and range expansion
  • Growth across Amazon UK and European marketplaces

This is the sort of role that would suit someone who wants to become a true ecommerce specialist over time, rather than staying in a narrow, junior execution role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build, manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets and targeting
  • Analyse results across metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC and conversion
  • Support performance reporting and provide insight from campaign data
  • Help improve listings, product content and metadata
  • Work on keyword optimisation and contribute to SEO/content improvements
  • Support new product launches across Amazon marketplaces
  • Collaborate with the wider ecommerce and marketplace team
  • Help drive profitable sales growth through stronger campaign and content performance

Must-haves

To be considered, you will need most of the following:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Amazon PPC, Amazon marketplace, or a closely related PPC/ecommerce role
  • Good working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Campaign Manager
  • Experience managing or optimising PPC campaigns and ad spend
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Good Excel or spreadsheet skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables or equivalent
  • Understanding of Amazon performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC and conversion rate
  • Exposure to Amazon listings, content, metadata, product pages or SEO-related work
  • A genuine interest in building a career in ecommerce and marketplace trading
  • Confidence, initiative and the ability to take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Particularly attractive backgrounds

Applicants are likely to stand out if they have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Amazon PPC Executive
  • Amazon Marketplace Executive
  • Ecommerce Executive with Amazon exposure
  • Marketplace Executive
  • PPC Executive with Amazon experience
  • Content Executive with Amazon listing optimisation experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Pacvue, or similar ad management platforms
  • Exposure to marketplaces beyond Amazon
  • Experience supporting product launches
  • Basic SEO understanding
  • Experience improving product content, imagery, copy or listing structure

What they’re looking for in the person

This hire is about more than ticking boxes.

They want someone who:

  • is smart and switched on
  • has strong foundations they can build on
  • wants to learn quickly
  • has little ego
  • is comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • can earn trust and take on more responsibility over time

This is a growth role. The right person will not just come in and run campaigns. They will develop into a key part of the ecommerce team.

Why apply?

  • Genuine development opportunity in a growing ecommerce business
  • Hands-on exposure to Amazon at scale
  • Strong progression potential over time
  • Broad role across PPC, content and marketplace trading
  • Supportive team with room to learn and take ownership
  • Opportunity to join quickly and make an impact

Process

The interview process is expected to move quickly, with a first-stage Teams interview followed by a second-stage in-person meeting.

The business is keen to hire as soon as possible, so this will suit candidates who can move quickly or are on a short notice period.
