Role OverviewYou will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, ADHD, and dementia. This role requires empathy, dedication, and a strong commitment to supporting service users in maintaining independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care and daily living support

Assist individuals with learning disabilities, ADHD, and dementia

Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs

Ensure safety, comfort, and wellbeing of service users

Maintain accurate care records in line with company policies

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families

Drive to service locations (own transport required)

Candidate Requirements

Active right to work in the UK

Valid UK driving licence + access to personal transport

Care Certificate (required)

At least 1 year of domiciliary care experience

Strong communication skills and empathy

Preferred

Training/experience in Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Dementia, and person-centred support

UK visa sponsorship (after probation)
