Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Manchester

Northumbrian Medical Supplies is a leading online supplier to Health Professionals and Business customers across the United Kingdom. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

What are you going to do

• Online research and filing information into databases.
• Assist with planning, preparing orders and shipments.
• Process and print documents, invoices, and shipment labels.
• Manage and track inventory and sales.
• List merchandise, take pictures, write descriptions.
• General office duties, errands, and other misc. clerical support.
• Other assigned projects.

What we ask:

  • At least finished high school
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, messaging and data collection.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Prioritizing, planning, and problem solving skills.
  • Effective Verbal and written communication skills.
