We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice to join our Greenside manufacturing site. Reporting into the Engineering team, you’ll get right into the action at the site in a paid job while we fully support you to obtain a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Food and Drink Engineering Maintenance.
Requirements for the Job
Lasting 4 years, The Morrison’s Engineering Apprenticeship programme is the ideal springboard for an exciting career in the fast-paced world of food manufacturing. Offering a unique combination of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering maintenance alongside food safety, compliance and processing.
The training will be provided by Midland Group Training Services at Reaseheath College in Cheshire. This is a residential training centre with dedicated facilities and a great campus environment. You’ll also be alongside 15 to 20 other Morrisons colleagues on the programme.

This job as a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice offers a very attractive salary in line with current market rates and subject to annual reviews. In order to be considered for this exciting programme you'll need to be aged 16+ and have achieved or be predicted a GCSE Level 6 (Grade B) in Maths, Level 5 (Grade C) in Science and Level 5 (Grade C) in English.
