In this multifaceted role your primary focus will be managing internal sales, optimising warehouse efficiency, and ensuring the safe, timely transportation of our products.Your responsibilities will include: * Sales & Order Processing: Handle incoming sales via telephone and trade counter, process orders, and manage cash and card transactions.* Customer Service: Advising customers on product information, dealing with any queries, and managing complaints.* Delivery: Ensuring timely efficient deliveries of our goods to both internal and external customers.* Inventory & Warehouse Management: Organize stock, maintain an orderly warehouse, and be instrumental in timely and accurate stock counts.* Administrative Support: Maintain the branch price file, update product literature and catalogs, and assist with purchasing under the Branch Manager's direction.We are searching for a hardworking, adaptable individual that has great customer service skills, andan ability to work in a fast paced environment.
