Female Care Assistant – Healthcare AssistantWe are looking for a Female Community Care Worker/Home Care Assistant to join our amazing team at Seren Support.

LocationPorthcawl, Maesteg, and Bridgend

Working HoursWeekly 16 to full‐time hours each week (choose your shift: 7 a.m. To 3 p.m. Or 3 p.m. To 11 p.m.)

Salary & Benefits

£14.00 per hour (and £18.00 per hour on bank holidays)

0.40 ppm mileage allowance

Hourly travel time: NLW

Principal Duties

Ensure client has frequent and meaningful social connection.

Assist with routine duties including meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Accompany on shopping or appointments.

Provide personal care—basic needs such as clothing, grooming, bathing, and showering—to support independence.

Requirements and Expectations

Must be able to work in the United Kingdom and own a vehicle with a valid UK driver's licence.

Ready to work as a team and act in a professional manner with a kind demeanour.

Flexible working weekends; no prior caregiving experience required—top‐notch training is provided.
