Job: HGV/LGV Driver
Location: Motherwell
Contract: Permanent
£14 per hour | Full-Time | MondayFriday (45 hours, 08:0018:00)

Were working with a well-established and growing business within the vehicle rental sector, currently looking to recruit an experienced HGV/LGV Driver to join their busy depot. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, with long-term stability and future investment planned for the site.

The Role:

• Vehicle movements to and from customers and between sites
• Ensuring vehicles are delivered in a ready to rent condition
• Completing vehicle check-in/check-out documentation accurately
• Reporting any damage, defects, or issues to the depot team
• Adhering to all driver regulations, tachograph requirements, and H&S standards
• Supporting general depot operations as required

What Were Looking For:

• Full HGV/LGV Class 2 licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Experience completing vehicle checks and working to driver regulations
• Good communication and time management skills
• Basic vehicle knowledge (fluids, minor checks)
• Previous delivery/collection experience (desirable)
