SALES ASSISTANT – Luxury Watches

Location: Luxury Department Store

Hours: Full-time - 40h

Salary: up to £42,000 + Bonus & Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring an exceptional sales and after-sales experience.

• Act as a role model in relationship-building, fostering client loyalty through meaningful and long-lasting connections.
• Develop tailored client strategies to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.

About You

• Proven experience in luxury retail with a strong track record in sales and client engagement.
• Passion for craftsmanship, heritage, and the luxury industry.
• Strong understanding of clienteling and watches industry.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Must have prior experience in the watches sector.
