Job description

Looking to accelerate your career in Talent Acquisition? Join a fast‐paced, high‐performing HR team at a leading European financial institution and gain hands‐on exposure across multiple offices and all levels of seniority.

You'll be right at the heart of our hiring activity — coordinating interviews across Europe, managing candidate pipelines, posting and polishing job descriptions, and supporting end‐to‐end recruitment processes. As you grow, you'll take ownership of your own hiring projects, with close mentorship from senior leaders.

We're after someone degree‐educated, exceptionally organized, confident communicating with stakeholders, and genuinely interested in financial markets. Strong written English is essential, as is the ability to deliver high‐quality work at speed.

In return, you'll receive a generous benefits package including a 10% employer pension contribution, 30 days' holiday, private health and life insurance, flexible working, enhanced parental leave and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
