As a CGI Technical Graduate , you'll be trusted with responsibility from the start. Your future duties and responsibilitiesIn this role, you'll apply your STEM expertise to help shape industries, improve services, and create meaningful societal change by harnessing the power of technology to drive innovation. You will:

Design, develop, and test technical solutions for live projects across sectors such as Government, Energy & Utilities, Retail Oil & Gas, Health, Financial Services, and Manufacturing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex real-world challenges

Explore and apply emerging technologies in areas such as AI, cloud, data analytics and IoT

Innovate alongside other graduates, taking part in early careers initiatives that go beyond your day-to-day role

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This RoleWe're seeking ambitious graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to apply their skills to projects that make a real difference. You'll bring a strong academic background in STEM, curiosity to explore new ideas, and flexibility to take on diverse projects across the UK. You should have:

A minimum 2:2 degree in computer science, engineering, physics, maths, or a related STEM field (some roles may require a 2:1)

Passion for technology and innovation, with a problem-solving mindset

Flexibility to travel and work on projects across the UK

Eligibility for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with many roles requiring higher National Security Vetting (typically 5–10 years of continuous UK residency)

Technical skills we value include:

Programming Languages: C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#

Systems & Tools: Linux/Unix, Git, Docker, Kubernetes

Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Software Development Practices: Agile and DevOps

Networking & Cybersecurity: Awareness of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity principles (highly valuable for defence-related projects)

Data & Analytics: SQL, NoSQL, or analytics tools; interest in ML/AI is a plus
