Entry Level Marketing - Leadership & Progression

SCP | Full-time | London (On-site)

Compensation: £35,000 – £60,000 OTE

BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's biggest household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas.

We're expanding, and we're looking for driven individuals who want to build real skills in marketing, sales, and leadership from day one - not in a classroom, not behind a screen, but in the field with real customers and real results.

The Role

This is a field-based marketing position where you'll represent our brand partners directly with customers in residential and event settings.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Engaging customers and communicating products and services with confidence
• Representing established UK brands in a professional, face-to-face environment
• Contributing to live marketing campaigns and tracking your own performance
• Developing your leadership and communication skills through hands-on experience

No two days are the same. The pace is fast, the feedback is immediate, and the growth is real.

Training & Development

You won't be thrown in the deep end. Every new team member goes through structured training covering:

• Customer engagement and professional communication
• Brand representation and campaign delivery
• Performance tracking and personal development
• Leadership foundations and team coordination

Training is ongoing - we invest in people who invest in themselves.

Progression

BasePoint promotes from within. There is no seniority queue here - progression is based entirely on performance and attitude.

As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to:

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a degree or a sales background. You do need:

• A genuine interest in people and communication
• A preference for hands-on, active work over desk-based roles
• A competitive edge and a willingness to be coached
• Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London

Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer service is a plus — but plenty of our best performers came in with none of it.

• Working hours vary depending on campaign schedules
• OTE reflects realistic on-target earnings for full-time performers
