Head Housekeeper – Coventry City Centre (Earlsdon Park) Premier InnJoin Premier Inn in Coventry City Centre (Earlsdon Park) as a Head Housekeeper. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Coordinate shift planning, training, and performance management for the team.

Ensure compliance with health and safety and brand standards across all areas of the hotel.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

Experience in a housekeeping supervisory or leadership role.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Immediate availability is preferred; shift leadership experience is required.

Contract & Hours

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 30 hours per week

Pay rate: Up to £13.86 per hour
