What You'll Be Doing

As a Management Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience across the key areas of our business, learning how successful campaigns, high-performing teams, and strong client relationships are built.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns
• Representing client brands with professionalism and integrity
• Building lasting customer relationships through meaningful interactions
• Participating in structured training, coaching, and daily development
• Supporting team workshops, meetings, and performance initiatives
• Developing the skills required to mentor and lead others as you progress

This position is offered on a self-employed basis, combining a guaranteed day rate with uncapped commission.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Able to commute to Sheffield City Centre daily
• Available to start within the next two weeks
