The Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 + £10k+ OTE
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads through cold calling and LinkedIn
- Build and develop relationships with employers
- Promote apprenticeship programmes across IT, Data, Marketing & HR
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Driven, ambitious, and target-focused
- Confident on the phone and great with people
- Motivated, resilient, and eager to succeed
- Interested in building a long-term career in sales
Bonus: Experience in apprenticeship sales is a plus.
