Leicester (Office-Based)

£26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60k +)

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, high-performing business looking to add a Telesales Representative to their call centre team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven sales environment and enjoys speaking with customers daily.

The Role

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales journey
• Assist customers with applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Take deposits and manage transactions confidently
• Book qualified appointments for field-based teams
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently promote offerings
• Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or a phone-based sales role
• Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach
• Experience handling objections and closing sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• High attention to detail when handling customer information
