Solutions Sales Account Executive | Fully Remote - Must be UK based.

£40–45k base | £80–85k OTE

Become a specialist across GTM strategy, HubSpot & Salesforce.


We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth SaaS business operating at the centre of Revenue Operations, sales automation, and GTM execution.

The Role

Full-cycle, solution-led sales role in a high-performing team.

50% inbound & referrals

Strong brand, partnerships, and leadership network = high-quality conversations

50% new business

You’ll still need to build pipeline and open doors

Own deals end-to-end while becoming a trusted advisor across GTM challenges.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Generating pipeline through outbound alongside inbound
  • Running consultative discovery to uncover real commercial problems
  • Positioning tailored solutions across RevOps, CRM, and GTM strategy
  • Managing pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborating with senior sales leaders on deals and strategy
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Attending events and leveraging referral channels


Targets & Earnings

  • Quarterly target: £150k revenue
  • Ramp: 6 months (full target expected from month 6)
  • Commission: ~£10k per quarter at target

Annualised:

  • £600k revenue target
  • ~£40k commission


OTE:

  • Base: £40–45k
  • Commission: ~£40k
  • Total: £80–85k

  • Experience selling SaaS, tech, or solution-led services
  • Confident running full-cycle deals
  • Strong discovery — able to uncover real problems
  • Commercial, driven, and target-focused
  • Comfortable in a remote, performance-led environment
