A contemporary menswear brand specialising in formal wear is seeking a commercially driven and inspiring Multisite Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-performing retail stores. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong passion for modern men’s formal fashion, a sharp commercial mindset, and a proven track record in multi-site leadership.
You must have multisite experience and have been responsible for a minimum of 5 stores.

The Role
As Multisite Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial and operational performance across your region. You will lead and develop Store Managers, drive sales growth, and ensure consistent delivery of brand standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Drive commercial performance through KPI management, analysis, and strategic action planning
• Ensure brand standards are executed to a high level, including visual merchandising, styling, and store presentation
• Champion a strong customer-first culture aligned with the brand’s identity and values
• Identify and develop talent, supporting succession planning and team engagement across the region
• Collaborate closely with Head Office to ensure alignment on strategy, product launches, and operational priorities
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in a multisite management role, ideally within formalwear, menswear, premium fashion, or lifestyle retail
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop high-performing teams
• Commercially focused with a track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence
• A genuine passion for men’s formal fashion with a strong understanding of tailoring, trends, and styling
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in measuring, fitting, and suit alterations
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail environment
