What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Brand Intern reporting to the Brand Manager and the Associate Partnership Marketing Manager, who will support all brand operations and activations across the UK region, with the opportunity to grow within a dynamic brand environment and develop a wide-ranging skill set across multiple brand functions.
This is a 4-month internship starting on May 11, 2026, to August 28, 2026
What You'd Be Doing in This RoleBrand Admin responsibilities
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the brand team, including vendor setup and purchase order creation.
Own the organisation, maintenance, and continuous updating of brand files and documentation.
Support campaign reporting by gathering and consolidating key performance data.
Assist in the creation and design of presentations for internal and external use.
Contribute to creative ideation for brand concepts, campaigns, and activations, and support project status tracking and updates.
2D artwork & copywriting
Resize and adapt assets for retail partners, including banners, PDP assets, and SIS screen content.
Assist with video editing, resizing, and creation of user-generated content (UGC).
Support the creation of event collateral and activation materials.
Contribute to drafting and refining written content for product and brand collateral.
Activations & event support
Assist in the execution of new launches and in-store activations in collaboration with retail partners (e.g., Boots, Sephora, Selfridges), including sample and collateral distribution and on-site operational support during events.
Skills and qualifications needed to get the job done
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
Basic skills in graphic design and video editing to support content creation needs.
Basic experience with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro).
