Seasonal: 22 February 2026 until 31 May 2026

Rota: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00‐17:00; alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday 10:00‐17:00

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers and work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business succeed.

Main duties and responsibilities

Complete shop‐floor tasks, including heavy lifting

Off‐load deliveries from lorries and vans

Use the EPOS system to book in and receive stock, requiring a high level of accuracy

May require some driving; must have a full clean driving licence

Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently

Identify customer needs through interaction and take appropriate action

A forklift licence would also be an advantage
