Join a respected independent firm of Chartered Surveyors in North London and focus on Level 2 & Level 3 surveys across North & East London, with occasional work across Greater London and the Home Counties.

What You'll Do

Carry out RICS Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building) surveys

Inspect properties and provide detailed, client-focused reports

Advise on defects, maintenance, and property condition

Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You

MRICS or FRICS qualified

Proven experience in residential surveying, particularly Level 2 & 3 surveys

Excellent report-writing and communication skills

Full UK driving licence and professional, reliable, client-focused
