Property Litigation Paralegal

Location: Birmingham - Onsite

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Paralegal at a prestigious law firm in central Birmingham. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced partners and a senior associate, providing a dynamic and supportive environment ideal for a paralegal eager to advance in the field of property litigation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day support to fee earners on a range of property litigation matters.
  • Assist with case preparation, including legal documentation and court bundles.
  • Conduct legal research and draft correspondence.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, courts, and third parties via phone and email.
  • Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the team in progressing matters efficiently and meeting deadlines.


Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months’ legal experience, ideally within litigation or property.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Confident communicator, particularly over the phone with clients.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
