We are expanding across Edinburgh and the wider UK, and we are now offering a Management Trainee Programme for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, and business leadership.

Working with established brands including E.ON Next, EE, Scottish Gas and Verisure, we specialise in marketing and customer acquisition through events, field campaigns, and B2B activity.

The Programme

This is a structured, performance-led programme designed to take you from entry-level to management.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Sales & Marketing Execution – delivering live campaigns and representing major brands
• Team Development – learning how to coach, motivate, and manage performance
• Business Operations – understanding how campaigns scale and deliver results
• Recruitment & Leadership – building and developing your own team

Progression is based on performance and consistency, not time served.
