Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to support our global sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to break into luxury events and Formula 1 hospitality, working with high-net-worth clients, premium brands, and world-class experiences.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across our international events portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, sponsors, and partners
- Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies
- Manage out-bound client enquiries and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in preparing high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
- Support sponsorship agreements and partnership negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client experiences
- Represent Amber Lounge at networking events and industry activations
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident in building relationships with high-level clients
- Understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and market research
- Ability to create compelling proposals and sales materials
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and team mentality
- Capability of working remotely whilst delivering on targets
- Resilience and thrives under pressure
- At least 1-2 years experience in Sales
- Interest or experience in luxury events, hospitality, or motorsport is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
