Support Workers – Mental Health & Challenging Behaviours (Adults)

Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

£14.50 per hour (Days) | £15.25 per hour (Nights)

Substantive roles – Full-time & Part-time considered

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a supported living service in Wellingborough, supporting adults with mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge.

This is a supported living service with a lighter level of support compared to complex or high-acuity settings, with a strong focus on promoting independence, stability, and positive outcomes.

Shifts Available

Monday to Sunday

• Days: 08:00 – 20:00
• Nights: 20:00 – 08:00
• Minimum commitment: 2 shifts per week

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
• Medication prompting and administration (where trained)
• Assisting with personal care, showers, and meal preparation
• Completing household tasks such as cleaning and tidying
• Encouraging independence and maintaining a safe, positive environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting adults with mental health needs and/or challenging behaviours
• A calm, empathetic, and reliable approach
• Ability to work days, nights, or a combination
• Right to work in the UK
