The Role


This isn’t your typical sales role. You won’t be cold calling all day or chasing uninterested prospects.


Instead, you’ll be speaking with warm inbound leads—business owners who are already looking for help with their digital marketing. Your role is to understand their needs, position the right solution, and confidently close deals.


You’ll be part of a high-performing sales team where pace, confidence, and commercial awareness are key. With a strong volume of inbound opportunities, your focus is on maximising conversions and driving revenue.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and video
  • Qualifying leads and identifying strong commercial opportunities
  • Presenting tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, paid social)
  • Building trust with business owners and decision-makers
  • Closing deals efficiently in a fast-paced sales cycle
  • Managing and updating CRM systems accurately
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets


Skills and Experience


  • Proven experience in digital marketing sales (agency experience is highly desirable)
  • A strong closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confident communicator who can engage and influence decision-makers
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
  • Self-motivated, driven, and competitive by nature
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
