HAIL Partners is working with an established, international Private Equity firm who are seeking a German-Speaking, Executive Assistant to support a team of three Investment Professionals. The role will be sitting in an EA team while collaborating with peers across the firm's other European offices, portfolio companies, and external partners.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys being the steady hand behind a busy investment team.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Heavy diary management
  • Extensive travel planning with end-to-end logistics
  • Inbox and contact database management
  • Research using a variety of tools and databases for the deal teams
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations and meeting preparation
  • Processing expenses
  • Organising internal and external events


Requirements:

  • German speaking to professional standard
  • 4+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial / Professional Services
  • Strong MS Office 365 skills
  • Confident producing and conceptualising presentations
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
