HGV Class 1 Driver

Job description

Taylor Stevenson is acting as an employment business on behalf of our client based in Alfreton.

Our client is a general haulage distribution company delivering goods nationwide for various logistics businesses.

We are seeking experiencedHGV CLASS 1 / DAY, NIGHT & TRAMPING C+E driversto work on anon-goingbasis to carry out deliveries to RDC.

THIS IS TEMP TO PERM FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!

Shifts approx. 8-12 hours

Start times vary depending on availability!

JOB DUTIES:

- Complete PODs
- Trunking runs
- Excellent communication with transport team
- Operating curtainsider/box vehicle

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Full valid UK driving licence, taco and CPC
- Class 1 experience (preferred but not essential)
- Full PPE

PAY (PAYE):

Days Mon-Fri - £17.72ph
Nights Mon-Fri- £19.49ph
