Our client, a prestigious five-star resort set within stunning countryside, is currently seeking a Commis Chef with a passion and flair for creating exceptional pastries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their skills within a busy and highly regarded kitchen, working alongside an experienced team of culinary professionals.

With a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality pastry and dessert offering. This includes luxury afternoon tea, refined restaurant desserts, seasonal creations, and banqueting menus, all executed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• NVQ Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
• A genuine passion for pastry and a desire to learn and grow
