The Role -Customer Service & Sales Representative -Technical/Online/ Sales

You won't just be answering phones; youll be solving problems and driving revenue through:

• Technical Support: Providing guidance via phone, live chat, and email.
• Sales through Service: Identifying out-of-warranty needs and matching customers with the right products.
• Target Excellence: Meeting KPIs and sales goals by understanding product features and benefits.
• System Mastery: Navigating multi-monitor setups and CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) to keep records precise.
