• Base salary up to £45,000 DOE

The Company

Our client is an internationally recognised dental implant manufacturer with a strong clinical reputation and an ambitious UK growth strategy. South Wales is a priority territory with significant untapped potential, and this is an important hire for the business.

The Territory

You will take ownership of South Wales — including the Cardiff, Newport, and Swansea corridors — working with private practices, referral centres, and key clinical accounts across the region. Candidates must be based in South Wales. Local market knowledge and established relationships in the Welsh dental community are a genuine advantage.

The Role

This is a field-based territory sales role with full ownership and autonomy. You will manage and grow an established account base while actively prospecting for new business across the region. Day-to-day you will be building trusted clinical relationships, supporting product adoption, and driving revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven field sales experience in dental implants or dental devices (essential)
• A background in dental technology or lab work is highly advantageous
• Established relationships within the South Wales dental market — a distinct advantage
• Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and comfortable managing your own diary
• Strong communicator with a consultative, relationship-first approach
• Must be based in South Wales

⚠ This role requires demonstrable dental sales experience. Applications without relevant field sales background will not be progressed.
