Role Overview


As a Sales Executive specialising in Ascot hospitality, you will be responsible for selling access to some of the most sought‑after events in the British social and sporting calendar, including Royal Ascot, and other premium race meetings. You will receive full training, benefit from uncapped commission, and enjoy clear opportunities for career progression within a rapidly expanding organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach to senior decision‑makers
  • Manage and develop a personal portfolio of clients seeking premium Ascot experiences
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process


Candidate Profile

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
  • 1-2 years sales experience with proven track record
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive sales environment
  • Strong interest in premium hospitality and major sporting events
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Enthusiastic, coachable, and committed to continuous development
