The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring developer ready to take the next step and grow their skills in a genuinely supportive, forward thinking environment, all while working with modern technologies.
As a Junior PHP Developer, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of a bespoke PHP-based system (MVC transitioning to Laravel), including support of the Moodle LMS functionality. Initially, the focus will be on learning the existing system, then progressing to upgrading legacy components to Laravel.
Working closely with a Senior Developer, you'll receive guidance and mentorship while also collaborating with teams across the organisation, giving you a well rounded experience and the chance to build both your technical and professional skills.

Exposure to Laravel or MVC frameworks (desirable)
Graduate with some commercial experience (placement / internship acceptable)
Ability to learn quickly and develop into the role
