We are looking for Waiter/Waitresses for Lunch and Dinner service in small rooms from 10 to 18 people and larger events up to 150. We offer a mix of plated and silver service in an iconic venue. Minimum 4 hour shifts, London Living Wage plus three bonus payments a year depending on hours worked. Yearly staff outing. Training can be provided.
Arrive 45 minutes before service for briefing and mis-en-place preparation. Learn menu and serve pre-dinner drinks and possible canapes. Service as directed by supervisor of three course dinner (sometimes with break for speaker), service of wine. Clear room and cleaning of all items used and returned to storage, removal of empty bottles, linen and waste before shift ends.
Possible removal of chairs and tables if the room is to be used for a different event later.
