Practice Nurse - SwanseaDream Medical are looking for a Qualified Practice Nurse to work ongoing shifts at a GP Surgery in Swansea. Our client is looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to cover up to 16 hours a week, with the option to increase.

Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations

Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring

Simple Dressings

Chronic Disease Management

Cervical Cytology

Spirometry

Diabetes

NHS health checks

Health Promotion and weight loss advice

Smoking Cessation
