Through comprehensive onboarding, regular coaching, and clear paths for progression, we equip every team member with the tools they need to succeed and grow.Location Remote (UK-based applicants only)Hybrid options are available if you prefer a mix of office and home working.Working Hours 35 hours over 4 days (Sunday to Wednesday)Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PMTwo 8.5-hour shiftsTwo 9-hour shiftsYour Role at a Glance As a Customer Sales Advisor , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll listen actively, understand their needs, and use your communication and sales skills to offer suitable solutions and upsell products.This is a fast-paced call center role where building trust and providing outstanding customer support are key.Key Responsibilities Engage with customers and build lasting relationshipsUpsell relevant products and meet sales targetsResolve inquiries such as billing questions, quotes, or account updatesDeliver an outstanding customer experience every timeHandle high volumes of inbound customer calls professionally and efficientlyFrequently Asked Questions What experience is required?You'll need at least 1 year of targeted sales experience within the last 3 years, with strong customer service skills.What kind of training is provided?You'll receive 4 weeks and 2 days of structured training , starting daily at 8:00 AM.Is the role remote or office-based?This role is remote by default, but hybrid options are available.What are the working hours?You'll work 35 hours over 4 days (Sunday–Wednesday) , with varying shift lengths between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.What benefits are offered?Option to purchase 5 extra days annuallyEmployee assistance and career development supportDo I need exact sales experience to apply?Not necessarily.
