Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is delighted to offer a bank-only Healthcare Support Worker role for nurses at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals. The role is provided on an as-and-when-required basis to give flexible working options.
Qualifications & Experience
Committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Minimum of two years' acute healthcare experience.
Nationally approved HEE Care Certificate obtained in a healthcare setting.
Desirable: experience in venepuncture or willingness to undertake, if working in the Outpatients Department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with essential patient care, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Monitor and record vital signs.
Provide urinary catheter care and specimen collection.
Support the wider clinical team in delivering high standards of care.
